The founding edition — three Saturdays in October
Each Transformation Day is a separate event with its own fifty seats. When a room is full, it is full — there is no second wave of two hundred people.

This is not a fitness class with extras bolted on. It is one continuous arc, built to take you out of your week and hand you back to yourself.
Doors, music, check-in, hydration. You get your Founding Guest number and your Transformation Kit. Nobody is rushed into anything.
The signature 5T4D10 workout, coached live by Ro and Rorris. Scaled in real time — you do not need to be an athlete, you need to be in the room.
Breathwork and guided mindfulness into a live sound-healing bath. Bowls, gongs, a floor, and the first quiet your nervous system has had all week.
Rotations through curated health and beauty activations — recovery, skincare, hydration, nutrition, wearables. Products used in context, not pitched from a booth.
Bites, hospitality, professional photography, and the part nobody schedules: fifty people who chose the same Saturday, talking to each other.
2:00 PM Doors close. Three hours, start to finish — we hold to it.
The setting
Three Marriott properties, chosen the way the rest of the day is chosen. You are not training in a conference room with the chairs pushed back.
These are the properties, not your room. Each Transformation Day runs in a private space inside the hotel. The pools and terraces here are what the property has around it — we confirm your exact space, and whether any part of the day moves outdoors, in your booking confirmation.
Who is in the room with you
No stage, no barrier, no meet-and-greet line. Three hours in a fifty-person room means you actually talk to them.

The math
The same room, the same coaching, the same Kit and the same 8-week program — you just train in your own gear. Florida sales tax is added at checkout on either option; there are no booking or service fees.
We only publish values we can back with products that are already confirmed. If a partner drops, the number comes down and we say so.

On a Gameday, more than a thousand people train with us at once. We love that room. But you cannot reach a thousand people, and a thousand people cannot reach us — so we built the opposite of it.
Fifty seats go on sale. Ten are never sold. Sixty in the room, no exceptions — close enough that Ro and Rorris learn your name, and when the fifty are gone, that city is closed.
The other ten seats
Ten seats in every room are never for sale. They go to people whose story belongs in it — someone mid-comeback, someone who carries a community, someone the rest of the room should be listening to. There is no price on those ten. There is only a reason.
How you get in
No application, no interview, no waiting to be approved. You pick your Saturday and you are in. The only thing we ask for afterwards is two minutes of details, so the floor is ready for you on the day.
Pick your city and check out. First fifty, per event. Your seat is held the moment you pay.
Your welcome email lands right away with a short form: training level, apparel size if you took the tee, dietary needs, and anything we should coach around.
You receive your Founding Guest number — #017 / 050 — plus venue details, arrival time and what to bring.
You walk in. Three hours later you walk out with the Kit, the photos, an 8-week program already loaded — and the tee, if you added it.

Request the partner deck and our team gets in touch. Brands don’t interrupt this experience — they become part of it: a useful ritual, a product in its real context, a real interaction. Five to six founding partners per city, one brand per category.
Before you book
No. Move is scaled live by Rorris — every block has a lighter and a heavier version and you choose in the moment. We ask about your level in the welcome form specifically so the floor is ready for you.
Bring yourself, a water bottle and whatever you normally train in. The official Founding Edition tee is a $50 add-on — if you take it, you give us your size in the welcome form and it is waiting for you at check-in. Hotels have changing facilities; exact room and arrival instructions come with your Founding Guest number.
Both. Ro and Rorris coach bilingually and the room usually is too. You never need to speak Spanish to follow the session, and you never need to speak English to feel at home.
Yes, free of charge, as long as the city you want still has seats. Reply to your welcome email any time before your event.
Full refund on request up to 14 days before your event — you do not have to give us a reason.
Inside the last 14 days we move your seat to another city free of charge. When there is no later city left — which is the case for Orlando on Oct 31, and for any date once the others have passed — you can transfer your seat to someone you name, or take a full credit toward the next Transformation Day we announce, good for twelve months. You will not be left holding nothing.
$149 is the seat; $199 if you add the official Founding Edition tee. Florida sales tax is added at checkout and there are no booking or service fees on top. Parking at the hotel is the only cost that isn’t ours to include.
Yes — professional photography runs all three hours and the images are yours afterwards. You can opt out of being published anywhere by saying so in the welcome form or at check-in, and we’ll flag you to the photo team.
Parking is at each hotel’s standard rate and isn’t included. Every venue is a Marriott property with on-site or valet parking; exact directions and the cheapest nearby option are in your confirmation email.
Because it’s a Saturday morning and you’ll be done by 2:00 PM. Train, reset, and still have the entire evening.
There will be other cities. There will be other Transformation Days.
Every founding guest gets a number — #017 / 050 — because belonging to the first chapter of something is not a feeling you can buy later.
